After conducting analyses I help develop strategies with client management toward their being empowered to most effectively identify, plan and continuously leverage internal and external human and technical resources toward the development of greater market penetration and competitive agility.

The sub-contracting of technical expertise of more than 50 programmers, network analysts and hardware technicians is available. These individual have specialties ranging from custom programming of Microsoft Sharepoint Server (collaboration and data repository software) to network planning, hardware implementation and many other specialties.
Financing options through the Microsoft Financing organization is also available at competitive terms.

FOLLOW-UP PHASE:
I suggest my returning to your company every six months to both ascertain progress and adjust the plan as needed.
